The Advance Cares Foundation is the non-profit organization that allows us to help our Team Members and their families with a dependent scholarship program and a community give-back program. This program is guided by the Advance Values—Inspire, Serve and Grow—and designed to serve our communities and make a positive impact on the lives of our Team Members.
The Advance Auto Parts Team Member Assistance Fund helps Team Members who are experiencing economic hardship and are unable to afford housing, utilities, food, clothing and other basic living expenses because of a natural disaster; life-threatening illness or injury; death; or other catastrophic or extreme circumstances beyond the Team Member’s control. This is Advance’s way of supporting our Team and giving back in times of need.
The O. Temple Sloan, Jr. Founder’s Scholarship Program recognizes and rewards Team Members’ dependent children and grandchildren who have excelled in their academic performance and who desire to continue their education.
